7-Day Easy Return Policy

At STABL, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging

• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Worn or used apparel

• Washed garments

• Products returned without original packaging

• Items damaged due to misuse

Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size or need a replacement, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Exchange requests can be made by contacting our support team with your order number.

Once approved, we will arrange the return pickup where available.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will resolve the issue at the earliest.
