I work at a desk for most of the day and was having pain and stiffness around neck and shoulder area and was looking for something more comfortable than a posture brace which i have tried before and its very uncomfortable and stopped using it after 2 days . The fit felt snug but not restrictive, and I was able to wear it during work hours without discomfort. What I noticed most was that it made me more aware of when I started slouching. The fabric also felt breathable , soft even during long days.
.I spend most of my day working while stiiting on the office chair or working from homr and often catch myself slouching after a few hours and there is a lot of stiffness after working for 2-3 hours and by the evening it become extreme. A product like STABL has helped me with it I felt comfortable enough to wear during long desk sessions and helped me become more aware of my posture without feeling like a posture corrector brace.
Saw STABL on Instagram probably 4-5 times. Kept scrolling. Finally pulled the trigger after a particularly bad week of back pain sitting on long flights for work.Let me try for sometime will update on if it works well or not.
I’m a regular corporate cricketer and had a lower back injury last season. During recovery, I learned about proprioceptive feedback for spinal stability, and STABL has been great for that. It really helps me stay aware of my lumbar position while playing. The moisture control works well even in Delhi heat, and it’s comfortable with no irritation. Been using it in matches regularly—solid support overall.
I've been a dance choreographer since 2009, working across Contemporary, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Bollywood, and fusion styles. Between rehearsals, teaching, floor work, lifts, and constantly demonstrating choreography, my body takes a lot of stress—especially my lower back and thoracic spine.I also spend time in the gym, which made me realize that being active doesn't always mean maintaining good posture throughout the day. My physio often mentioned that my deep stabilizing muscles weren't consistently engaging and suggested proprioceptive compression. That's how I came across STABL.What I noticed most was the increased body awareness. It feels like a gentle reminder to stay aligned and move with better control. During long rehearsals and teaching sessions, I felt more stable, and my lower back wasn't as fatigued by the end of the day.The fabric is comfortable, breathable, and doesn't restrict movement at all. I've worn it through rehearsals, workouts, and classes without any issues. After more than 15 years in dance, it's rare to find something that genuinely makes a difference, but STABL has become a regular part of my routine.
